Our latest fully-fledged Sound Designer – Niamh Gaffney!

We are thrilled that our colleague Niamh Gaffney has just earned her first full show credit as Sound Designer, for the new production of ‘Pride And Prejudice- Sort Of‘ which opened at the Minack Theatre on September 22nd.

Niamh joined us on placement having graduated from LAMDA. Since then she has filled a number of roles as her experience has grown and in recent times she has been working with us as an Associate Sound Designer.  Notable recent co-credits include Peaky Blinders – The Rise (with designer Luke Swaffield) and Cabaret At The Kit Kat Club with Nick Lidster (for which he won an Olivier Award – more on that HERE). Career progression is a big deal for us at Autograph and so to watch someone expand their knowledge and develop their talents as Niamh has done is very satisfying.

‘Pride And Prejudice- Sort Of‘ was very successful during its West End run and won the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Comedy while there. The UK tour runs right through to April 2023 and plays venues across the country – you can find full details HERE.
